How long does it take?

We aim to complete your hand-drawn portrait in 3-7 days, but sometimes our artists can be very busy so it may take a little longer.

Canvas Printing:

Once you approve your portrait, it is sent to be printed. Printing canvases usually takes around 2-5 days. 


Shipping usually takes around 3 to 7 days, but can take up to 14 days due to Covid-19.

Will I get a preview?

We will email you the finished portrait based on your photos and notes, but you will still have the option to request revisions on the finished portrait.

Instructions not mentioned at the time of placing the order may require additional charges.

What if I am not happy with my portrait?

Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we miss the essence of the person and are always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your portrait.

Can I cancel my order?

WARTZONE does offer refunds up to 2 hours after purchase! Anything thereafter is not allowed. Since moments after your order is placed, it has already been assigned to one of our artists.

Please be advised that because of the nature of our custom products, we have to set these policies. However, we’ll work with you to make the situation right.

Can I change my order?

If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can request to change your order within 2 hours. If 2 hours have passed, the request will be granted at our discretion. This is because our artists often begin work as soon as you have placed your order. However, make sure to contact us and we will double check for you to see if any artist has or has not started with your artwork. 

What images should I upload?

We highly recommend that you upload high-quality images where faces, colors, and textures are visible. This way we will be able to get everything right and there will be no need for revisions.

Will I get the digital file with a canvas order?

Yes, you will be sent the digital file by email before we print the canvas.

What if my canvas arrives faulty, damaged or broken?

We work with the best suppliers out there. But should something like this happen, contact us immediately and we will have the issue fixed. 

What if I want a large group drawn?
